According to CoinMeta, Trump stated that he has canceled the planned attacks on Iran, following requests from Iran and its regional neighbors to pause the attacks, and mentioned that an agreement on the "framework of the deal" had been reached. He said on social media that the agreement would include the "immediate, complete, and thorough opening" of the Strait of Hormuz, as well as the end of Iran's nuclear threat. Trump added that based on these requests, he agreed to cancel the attacks in order to quickly reach an agreement. Nevertheless, he stated that the United States is still prepared to take strong action against Iran and is "locked and ready" to do so.
