According to CoinMeta, “The Dark Side of the Moon” ( Kimi ) has completed its shareholding reform, changing its corporate structure from a limited liability company to a non-listed joint stock limited company, and has been renamed to “Beijing The Dark Side of the Moon Technology Co., Ltd.” Yang Zhilin has been appointed as the chairman and manager, Zhang Yutong has been added as a director, and Song Sijia has been appointed as the financial officer. According to regulations set by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, if a domestic enterprise wishes to list overseas directly, the issuer must be a joint stock limited company. Bloomberg previously reported that “The Dark Side of the Moon” has issued a resolution to its shareholders regarding listing in Hong Kong, and the process could potentially begin within six months ( IPO ), with the company also starting to dismantle its red-chip structure. The company has not yet officially announced the listing date. People familiar with the matter say that “The Dark Side of the Moon” plans to submit a listing application to Hong Kong ( IPO ) secretly this month, with the potential fundraising amount reaching about 3 billion US dollars.
