According to CoinMeta, U.S. stock market futures rose slightly on Monday evening, following a significant increase in the Dow Jones Industrial Average during regular trading, which set a new historical closing high. Dow Jones futures rose by about 0.2%, S&P 500 index futures rose by about 0.1%, and Nasdaq 100 index futures rose by 0.2%. Asian-Pacific markets opened higher on Tuesday, with the South Korean stock market leading the gains; the KOSPI index rose by 1.46%, and small-cap stocks KOSDAQ rose by 3%. Japan's Nikkei 225 index also rose by 0.7%. Falling oil prices provided additional support for the stock market, with WTI crude oil prices dropping by 5.1% to close at $80.34 per barrel. U.S. President Donald Trump stated that negotiations with Iran are ongoing and described it as Tehran's “last chance” to reach a favorable agreement to end the Middle East conflict.
