According to CoinMeta, Coinbase plans to migrate the accounts, balances, and positions of institutional clients from international exchanges to Deribit on September 9th, with a expected trading suspension of about 30 minutes. During the migration period, all pending orders will be cancelled, and positions will be settled at the marked price and re-established on Deribit at the same price. Existing API keys and margin loans cannot be migrated. If customers do not accept the migration, they must close their positions and accounts by August 28th.
