According to CoinMeta, Hyperliquid has announced the launch of the perpetual contract IPO developed by Yushu Technology, with the code UNITREE. The current price is $54 per unit. Yushu Technology plans to issue a total of 40,446,434 shares publicly, resulting in a total share capital of 404,464,340 shares after the issuance. The preliminary inquiry date is August 5, 2026, and the offline subscription date is August 10, 2026. Wang Xingxing controls a total of 68.78% of the voting rights at Yushu Technology.
