According to CoinMeta, based on early monitoring of in, an online investigator Specter discovered a group of wallets holding 28,600 BTC (worth approximately $1.8 billion), which is suspected to be related to the Zhimin Qian money laundering case. A few weeks ago, an address that had been inactive since 2017 transferred 1,020 BTC (about $60 million) and distributed it to multiple addresses. Specter traced this cluster to addresses related to the Zhimin Qian case being investigated by the British police. From 2014 to 2017, Zhimin Qian organized investment scams in China, affecting over 128,000 victims, and the British police seized 60,000 BTC.
