According to CoinMeta, Boerse Stuttgart Digital and the institutional crypto trading company Tradias have announced the completion of a merger to create a digital asset infrastructure business with approximately 300 employees. The merger, announced in February, aims to integrate the regulated crypto businesses of both companies under the Boerse Stuttgart group in order to expand their influence among European financial institutions. The newly established entity will operate under the name Boerse Stuttgart Digital, while Tradias will continue to exist as a trading service brand. The merged business will provide a range of crypto and digital asset services including trading, custody, staking, and tokenization, covering the entire value chain. With headquarters in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, it also has offices in Athens, Beirut, Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, Milan, and Ljubljana. Matthias Voelkel, the CEO of the Boerse Stuttgart group, stated that this merger represents an important milestone for them in becoming the first regulated crypto and digital asset infrastructure provider in Europe.
