According to CoinMeta, Coinbase has announced the launch of US stock trading in the UK, becoming the first crypto-native trading app to do so. Starting from August 6th, eligible UK users will be able to trade nearly 4,000 US stocks around the clock within the same app, with trading available five days a week. This launch is based on the approvals obtained by Coinbase for MiFID and MiCA, marking an expansion of its business beyond the crypto sector.
