According to CoinMeta, Delta Air Lines CEO Edward Bastian sold approximately 207,000 common shares on August 4, 2026, for a transaction value of $19.2 million, calculated at the weighted average selling price of $92.80 per share as shown in Table 4 of SEC. This transaction involved the exercise and sale of options; Bastian exercised 206,510 options at a price of $49.33 and immediately sold those shares at the weighted average price of $92.80. After the transaction, Bastian still held about 1.4 million common shares, which were valued at approximately $126.49 million based on the market closing price on August 4, 2026. Delta Air Lines recorded revenue of $19.8 billion in the second quarter of 2026, a significant increase from $16.6 billion in 2025.
