According to CoinMeta, as reported by Cointelegraph, affiliated organizations under Fairshake invested over $1.5 million in media advertising for federal candidates in Florida, Alaska, and Wyoming to support the primary elections for the House of Representatives and Senate held on August 18. Documents from the Federal Election Commission show that Defend American Jobs and Protect Progress each invested approximately $500,000 in Representative Nick Begich of Alaska, Republican candidate Sydney Gruters for Florida's 16th district, and Senator candidate Harriet Hageman of Wyoming. Most of these candidates had previously voted in support of the Digital Asset Markets Clarification Act. During the 2024 electoral cycle, Fairshake has already spent over $170 million in congressional campaigns.
