Tensions high in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia warns of multiple coordinated attacks imminent
2026-08-07 11:57:37
According to CoinMeta, an investment and live reporting source, senior Saudi officials told CNN and Reuters that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expects multiple coordinated attacks to occur, with Iran's Revolutionary Guard, Yemen's Houthi rebels, and Iraqi militias gathering from the north, south, and east. The targets include civilians, energy and oil facilities, economic sites, critical infrastructure, airports, and ports. Saudi officials stated that they have observed drones and missiles in motion, which is consistent with preparations for a tripartite operation. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan will sign a joint defense agreement on Friday, marking Pakistan's official participation in the defense arrangements with Saudi Arabia, which is the only nuclear-powered nation in the Muslim world. This comes at a time of increasing regional tensions. Oil prices have risen due to the tensions between the Houthis and Saudi Arabia, and reports regarding the terms of the Iran-Oman agreement have added to uncertainty.
