Forecasts indicate that from August 8th to 12th, affected by the typhoon "Baihai Dolphin" and the southward movement of cold air, there will be a period of heavy rainfall in Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Anhui, and other regions. The rainfall will mainly be heavy to torrential, with some areas in northern Zhejiang, southern and central-eastern Jiangsu, northeastern Jiangxi, southern Anhui, and southern Shanghai experiencing extremely heavy to torrential rain, accompanied by short periods of intense downpours.
