According to CoinMeta, as reported by OnchainDataNerd, an attacker stole $500,000 from a victim's wallet and then made a mistake. He exchanged the stolen funds at the highest possible slippage rate, accidentally incurring over $370,000 in fees, and in the end, only managed to obtain 67 Ethereum (about $130,000).
