According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Cailian News, Morgan Stanley economists Seth Carpenter and Michael Gapen stated in their report that Morgan Stanley expects the Federal Reserve to reduce the size of its balance sheet by approximately $1.5 trillion over about two years. The reduction could begin as early as the first quarter of 2027, with a reasonable range for the reduction being between $600 billion and $2.5 trillion.
