According to CoinMeta, as disclosed by American sources on the 7th, Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX (SpaceX), has explicitly refused to allow the Ukrainian military to use SpaceX's satellite internet system "Starlink" to target targets within Russia. American sources cited information from two "close associates" of former Ukrainian Defense Minister Anatoliy Fedorov, stating that Fedorov had previously been pushing for the use of Starlink to strike targets in Russia and had attempted to contact Musk through private channels, but was rejected. "As of now, (Musk) has not made a decision to agree," the sources said. Musk's refusal to allow Ukraine to use Starlink for deep strikes against Russia is due to concerns about a further escalation of the crisis.
