Bitcoin BIP-110 fork lags by 18 blocks

According to CoinMeta, Bitcoin's BIP-110 fork occurred at 7:56 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, 18 blocks behind the main chain. Prior to this, a chain split happened at block height 961632. The mining pool Roughnecks, which was in alignment with BIP-110, successfully produced a second block at height 961633, while the main chain had already surpassed it at height 961651. After two years of intense debate, Bitcoin has now broken through the BIP-110 signal line.
