According to CoinMeta, a Bitcoin miner chose not to support BIP-110 on Sunday, despite the fact that its mining pool supported the proposal. Simple Mining indicates that they produced block 961,634 on the main chain, which exceeds the two blocks split by the supporters of BIP-110. This miner, using the Datum protocol of Ocean, decided not to signal support for BIP-110 within the blocks. At its highest, the support rate was only 2.6%, whereas the proposal required 55% support. Simple Mining stated, "Computing power is an irrefutable form of voting; we believe this proposal is not worth following."
