According to CoinMeta, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world's largest chip manufacturer, reported on Monday that its sales in July reached NT$467.58 billion (approximately $14.5 billion), a year-on-year increase of 44.7%. As demand for its chips related to AI continues to grow, TSMC's sales have soared significantly. The company expects its revenue in 2026 to increase by more than 40%. TSMC has also raised its capital expenditure forecast to between $60 and $64 billion. Wei Zhijia, TSMC's chairman, stated that demand related to AI remains very strong.
