According to CoinMeta, the CEO of Meta, AI, stated in YC Startup School 2026 that the company will launch its own Harness tools and continue to release open-source models. Harness is a agent runtime framework that wraps around the models, responsible for invoking the tools, reading and writing files, and managing the context, allowing the models to continuously complete complex tasks. It was planned in April of this year to open-source some new models and return to the open-source community. The first model to be released is Muse Glimmer, a agent model with 30B parameters, and in the coming weeks, the weights of Muse Spark 1.2 will also be made available.
