Blackstone Canada launches a 3% Bitcoin allocation ETF

According to CoinMeta, Blackstone Canada launched an exchange-traded fund (ETF) on August 10th that combines global stocks with a 3% allocation to Bitcoin, providing Canadian investors with the opportunity for dual investment exposure within one listed product. The fund is named iShares Equity + Bitcoin ETF, and its trading code is IBQT. It has a target allocation of 97% in stocks and 3% in Bitcoin. Its stock exposure covers Canada, the United States, international, and emerging markets. Investors invest primarily in other iShares ETF through this fund, while the Bitcoin exposure comes from Blackstone's Canadian iShares Bitcoin ETF (IBIT), which was listed in Canada on CBOE in January 2025. Blackstone has set the annual management fee for IBQT at 0.22%. In addition, Blackstone also launched iShares Core MSCI All - International Equity Index ETF, with a trading code of XINT and an annual management fee of 0.23%.
