According to CoinMeta, Vitalik Buterin indicates that the priorities of the Ethereum network have undergone significant changes since 2023, which has forced him to redraw his roadmap. On Monday, Buterin published a side-by-side comparison of his 2023 Ethereum roadmap with the new planning document “sketch” from the Ethereum Foundation, which outlines the protocol upgrade plans up to 2029. Quantum security issues are given top priority.
