According to CoinMeta, international oil prices continue to rise, with Brent crude oil futures increasing for the fourth consecutive trading day. An analyst from Mitsubishi UFJ Soojin Kim stated that due to more stringent demands from the United States and Iran, progress towards reaching an agreement to restore normal shipping through the Strait of Hormuz has slowed down. As a result, European energy stocks rose at the beginning of trading; Norwegian energy company Equinor rose by about 2%, British Petroleum and Shell increased by about 1%, Italian oil company Eni Group rose by about 2%, Spanish company Repsol rose by 1.5%, and Total rose by 1.3%.
