Several South Korean securities firms lower target prices for Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix

According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Korean media, due to concerns about the peak of the storage chip industry and intensifying competition, several securities firms have lowered their target prices for Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. Kiwoom Securities has reduced Samsung Electronics' target price from 390,000 Korean won to 350,000 Korean won (about $250), and lowered Hynix' target price from 2.2 million Korean won to 2.1 million Korean won. Future Asset Securities (Mirae) has lowered Samsung Electronics' target price from 550,000 Korean won to 370,000 Korean won, and Hynix' target price from 4.2 million Korean won to 2.8 million Korean won. Shinhan Securities (Shinhan) has lowered Samsung Electronics' target price from 590,000 Korean won to 450,000 Korean won, and Hynix' target price from 4.2 million Korean won to 2.7 million Korean won. Samsung Securities (Samsung Securities) has lowered Samsung Electronics' target price from 500,000 Korean won to 400,000 Korean won, and Hynix' target price from 3.5 million Korean won to 3 million Korean won.
