According to CoinMeta, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization has issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Shanghai's Software and Information Services Industry," which aims to transform Shanghai's software and information services industry into a "driving force" for economic growth by 2030. The plan seeks to achieve an industrial scale of 4 trillion yuan and an added value of over 1.1 trillion yuan. The plan also mentions that the quality and efficiency of the industry will be further improved, with the number of enterprises generating revenue exceeding 10 billion yuan expected to increase to 35, and a group of high-quality enterprises and emerging companies with leading industrial ecosystems will be formed.
