DayOne Secretly Submits Application to IPO in the US, Aiming to Raise $5 Billion

According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, Singapore-based data center operator DayOne has secretly submitted a IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to raise $5 billion with a valuation of approximately $20 billion. DayOne was founded in 2022 and completed a $4.5 billion Series C financing in June this year, led by Coatue Management and Hillhouse Capital. Investors include World Data (GDS), SoftBank Vision Fund, and capital managed by Ken Griffin.
