According to CoinMeta, on August 11th, the Bai Ling large model announced its official open-source release of Ling-3.0-tiny. This model has a total of 790 million parameters, but only 130 million parameters are activated during inference. This open-source release also includes three other versions: bf16, fp8, and int4.
