The scammers use free cryptocurrencies or tickets as bait and falsely claim to have approval from the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA). Binance reminds users not to click on related links or connect to wallets, and they can verify the authenticity of the contact information and website addresses through Binance Verify.
