Securitize Reports $14.4 Million in Revenue for the Second Quarter, a 5% Year-on-Year Decline

According to CoinMeta, Wu said that the asset tokenization company Securitize reported revenue of $14.4 million in the second quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 5%, and a net loss of $21.7 million. After adjustments, the company incurred a loss of $5.5 million. The average tokenized asset management scale for the quarter was $4.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16%, and at the end of the quarter it was $4.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9%. The total quarterly transactions amounted to $5.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 147%. In the second quarter, the company received approval from FINRA to custody tokenized securities and support atomic settlements with stablecoins, and also progressed with tokenized stock infrastructure in collaboration with Computershare, Continental, Jump Trading, and Jupiter. After completing the business merger with Cantor Equity Partners II at the beginning of July, Securitize listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ and uploaded its own common stocks to the blockchain.
