According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Coindesk, the privacy blockchain project Miden plans to launch a privacy stablecoin called USDCX. This stablecoin will be natively issued on the Miden network, based on the XReserve infrastructure of Circle, and will be pegged to USDC at a 1:1 ratio. When users hold and transfer USDCX, their balances, counterparties, or transaction history will not be publicly exposed; however, selective information disclosure is supported for compliance purposes. The stablecoin is expected to go live simultaneously with the Miden mainnet, which is scheduled to launch by the end of this month. Miden views USDCX as the foundation for its privacy finance initiatives, covering scenarios such as institutional transactions, B2B payments, salary management, and cross-border payments.
