According to CoinMeta, in July, U.S. companies spent more than $5 billion on OpenAI GPT -5.6 SOL, with the latter accounting for about 75% of the former's expenditure. During the same period, the adoption rate among Anthropic companies reached 43.5%, leading OpenAI at 39.7%, XAI rose to 4%, and Google dropped to 6.2%. The top 1% of companies with the highest AI expenditures had a median AI tool expenditure of $7,400 per person, which is higher than the less than $5,000 in June.
