According to CoinMeta and the announcement from ST, on August 13, 2026, the company received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Hunan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Upon investigation, it was found that in 2021, the company failed to account for return shipments in a timely manner, which resulted in an overstatement of operating income by 5.2563 million yuan, accounting for 0.77% of the annual operating income, and an overstatement of total profit by 1.5732 million yuan, accounting for 0.71% of the annual total profit. In 2022, the company also failed to account for the discounting of accounts receivable in a timely manner, leading to an overstatement of operating income by 11.5633 million yuan, accounting for 4.39% of the annual operating income. In accordance with Article 52 of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies," the Hunan Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative regulatory measures against the company and relevant responsible persons by issuing a warning letter, and this incident will also be recorded in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
