Hone aims to build a long-term operating enterprise Agent system, where users only need to set one business goal, such as "reducing the new user churn rate to 8%." Hone will be responsible for splitting tasks, scheduling Agent, modifying the software, and making continuous adjustments based on enterprise data. Unlike ordinary Agent, Hone does not just execute a task once but works continuously around the same goal for several weeks or even months. Officials describe it as more akin to a Kubernetes rather than a chatbot.
