According to CoinMeta, Trezor announced a data breach with its shipping service provider, resulting in the exposure of sensitive order information for 13,689 customers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping addresses. This breach affected new customers who received orders within 90 days prior to August 8, 2026. Trezor stated that the complete information of 11,742 customers was leaked, while the information of another 1,947 customers was partially exposed. The company emphasized that its systems and devices remain secure, but the leaked contact and address information may pose a risk of phishing. Trezor has warned the affected customers, anticipating that there will be more phishing attempts. To address this issue, Trezor plans to introduce an anonymous delivery option for the European Union in September and expects to implement it in the United States by the end of 2026.
