According to CoinMeta, a report from the Federal Reserve shows that after seasonal adjustment, the balance of outstanding commercial paper in the United States increased by $1.6 billion during the week of August 12. After non-seasonal adjustment, the balance decreased by $1.1 billion. Meanwhile, the balance of outstanding foreign financial commercial paper in the United States increased by $10.9 billion during the same week.
