According to CoinMeta, as reported by greekslive, 20,000 BTC options expired with a put of call ratio at 0.84, with a maximum pain point of $64,000 and a notional value of $1.29 billion. 96,000 ETH options expired with a put of call ratio at 0.95, with a maximum pain point of $1,900 and a notional value of $180 million. Bitcoin continued to fluctuate around 64,000 this week, with the actual volatility dropping to 25%, hitting a historical low and continuously falling below the three previous lows at the end of October, the beginning of January, and the beginning of June. Implied volatility also continued to decline, currently reaching levels from the beginning of October last year, reflecting an extremely compressed market sentiment, corresponding to a sluggish period in the middle of a bear market.
