She stated that she will not proactively contact users via email, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Although she is an official administrator for some Telegram groups, she will not send private messages to any Telegram accounts. When it is necessary to contact them publicly, it should be done through her official X account or Binance Square account. He Yi also displayed a fake email sent under her identity to remind users to verify the authenticity of such communications.
