According to CoinMeta, RedotPay has postponed its plans to go public in the US (IPO), with the listing date possibly being delayed until next year or even later. RedotPay completed financing totaling over $150 million in September and December of last year, with investors including the venture capital departments of Coinbase and Circle. Previously, Binance-related entities Nest Trading, Distributed Technologies, and Chaintecs Consulting Singapore sued RedotPay's co-founders Gao Zhangpeng, Chan Wa Choi, and Yao Chao in Hong Kong, accusing them of violating the agreement by directing over 470,000 users from Binance (Card) to RedotPay, and claimed losses of $472.8 million.
