Norwegian sovereign wealth fund indirectly holds 11,549 BTC; obtains exposure to ETH for the first time

According to CoinMeta, as stated by Vetle Lunde, the research director of K33, by the end of the first half of 2026, the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund indirectly held 11,549 BTC through its holdings in the stocks of Strategy, Metaplanet, Mara, Coinbase, Block, Tesla, and other companies, valued at approximately $725 million. Among these, Strategy accounted for 9,914 BTC, Metaplanet accounted for 671, Mara accounted for 421, and Coinbase, Block, Tesla accounted for 183, 120, and 97 BTC respectively. The fund held about 1.17% of the shares in Strategy, valued at $357.3 million. In addition, for the first time, the fund obtained an indirect exposure to ETH through Bitmine, holding 6.15 million Bitmine, valued at $88.3 million, which corresponds to 67,340 ETH.
