According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coinbase Markets, Coinbase will cease to support USDC deposit and withdrawal on the Noble network on August 17th. Deposits and withdrawals on other supported networks, including Ethereum, Base, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Polygon, will not be affected. Coinbase reminds users not to transfer funds to the deposit addresses on their Noble network after August 17th, as otherwise, the funds may not be recoverable.
