SoftBank increases its stake in TSMC through Capital One, selling 71.5% of its holdings

According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, SoftBank Group disclosed in documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it had increased its holdings in Capital One by 276,811 shares, worth approximately $55.5 million. At the same time, in the second quarter, it sold 71.5% of its shares in a Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturing company for $269.8 million. In the same quarter, SoftBank also acquired 10,718 shares of Life360, worth about $488,500.
