According to CoinMeta, as reported by CNBC, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is conducting an internal review of the market-mentioning features on the prediction platform Kalshi. A few weeks ago, CFTC notified Kalshi about the review, and subsequently, Kalshi removed any mentions related to sports from those features. It is not yet clear whether the investigation covers market-mentioning features on all topics.
