GD Culture Group Reveals Holding 7,500 of BTC with a Loss Exceeding 210 Million

According to CoinMeta, GD Culture Group, a NASDAQ-listed company, disclosed that in the first half of 2026, its holdings of 7,500 BTC resulted in an unrealized loss of $211.8 million, accounting for 97.9% of the net loss for that period. After adjusting for a reverse stock split, the company's number of shares increased to 4.1625 million, which is 18.15 times that at the end of 2025, with 99.65% of these shares coming from cash issuances. As of June 30, the company had $7.2 million in cash and $36.6 million in working capital, and its liquidity is expected to cover its debts for at least 12 months.
