Iran: The so-called "unprecedented" sanctions imposed by the United States have no impact on Iran's stance

According to CoinMeta, as reported by Yonhap News Agency ( IRNA ), a spokesman for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in response to the U.S. government's announcement of unprecedented sanctions against Iran, including a land blockade: "These measures will have no impact on Iran's stance. Whether it is this war or over the past 50 years, the United States has trapped itself in a vicious cycle of war, discrimination, pressure, and sanctions. If you remember, during the Democratic administration, the concept of so-called 'paralyzing sanctions' was proposed, and later during Trump's first term, the 'maximum pressure' campaign was launched. All these prove the anti-human nature of the Americans; they cut off our people's access to medicines, used every means to pressure Iran, and ultimately resorted to illegal military aggression, and we are still suffering the consequences to this day. Please rest assured that using these old methods that have already been tried and proven ineffective will not yield new results. Without a doubt, not only now, but long ago as well, we have made necessary preparations based on assessments of various scenarios in which the United States might continue to harm Iran in various ways. Iran will surely use all its means to respond to the new situation."
