According to CoinMeta, the U.S. Treasury Department has announced that starting from July 2028, crypto exchanges will be required to stop selling unapproved stablecoins to U.S. users. Under the proposed rules, any act of advertising unapproved stablecoins to U.S. buyers or assisting them in bypassing regulatory checks will be considered a violation.
