The opinions suggest developing new business models tailored to local conditions, encouraging regions with the appropriate conditions to advance virtual reality, immersive experiences, and “artificial intelligence + consumption” initiatives. They also promote green consumption models such as second-hand trading and product leasing, and deepen the implementation of special actions to foster healthy consumption, while innovating the consumption chain that integrates primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.
