Peter Schiff: Bitcoin should be sold at $65,000
2026-08-18 18:30:49
According to CoinMeta, Peter Schiff ( Peter Schiff ) stated that as expectations of the Federal Reserve raising interest rates decline and Bitcoin approaches $65,000, holders should consider selling. He believes this rebound is an opportunity for holders to exit again, rather than the beginning of a strong recovery. Schiff questions whether Bitcoin can break through the $65,000 resistance level and points out that the downside risks are greater than the potential upside. Schiff also mentioned that the prices of gold and silver are strong, continuing to advocate that precious metals are a better way to store value than Bitcoin. Currently, Bitcoin is hovering around $64,000, and the market will closely watch its reaction near $65,000.
