According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, Chinese humanoid robot manufacturers have attracted investors over the past two years, showcasing robots that can dance, perform martial arts, and even set marathon records. This week in Beijing, they face a more stringent test: they need to prove that their inventions can reliably create economic value. It is expected that more than 300 companies will participate in the World Robot Conference, displaying over 2,000 exhibits and launching more than 150 new products. The conference coincides with the public offering of one of the world's largest robot manufacturers, Unitree, whose initial public offering saw orders exceeding 8,000 times the amount of shares offered. Wang Xingxing, the founder of Unitree, will give a speech at the conference about the future of the humanoid industry over the next decade. Despite investors' high enthusiasm for Chinese humanoid robots, the discussion is shifting from viral demonstrations to commercial reality.
