The plan aims to form a leading artificial intelligence industry cluster with Zhangjiang Core Park, Xuhui Park, Caohejing Park, and others as demonstration sites. It emphasizes enhancing intelligent computing capabilities, breaking through disruptive chip architectures like photonic computing and brain-inspired designs, building an autonomous computing power system that integrates supercomputing and intelligent computing, and coordinating cloud, edge, and endpoint resources. Additionally, the plan seeks to develop a public computing power service platform in Pujiang and make efforts to support the adaptation of next-generation large models to domestic computing power and their integration into the ecosystem.
