2026-08-19 16:05:43
According to CoinMeta, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government has issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of 'Digital Shanghai'," which proposes to upgrade the national blockchain network hub in Shanghai, strengthen the foundational support for privacy computing, federated learning, and distributed digital identities, improve standardized supply and flexible adaptation of common service systems, and build a robust cross-border and cross-chain infrastructure to create a technology-advanced and leading blockchain-enabled foundation. At the same time, efforts will be made to enhance the security supervision capabilities on the blockchain, and optimize and iterate a new generation of hyper-heterogeneous integrated chips to meet the demands of high-concurrency computing.
