Strategy holds 840,447 bitcoins and plans to build a digital credit platform

According to CoinMeta, Strategy released an investor briefing disclosing holdings of 840,447 Bitcoin, which accounts for about 4% of the total Bitcoin supply. The company plans to explore a financial institution model for Bitcoin by creating a digital credit platform in order to increase the per-share holding amount. Strategy aims to issue digital credit products equivalent to 10% to 20% of its Bitcoin reserves each year, with an estimated scale of around $5.4 billion to $10.8 billion. Currently, Strategy has Bitcoin reserves valued at approximately $54.023 billion, holding $4.65 billion in reserves, and a total reserve scale of $58.673 billion. After deducting $6.754 billion in debt and $15.239 billion in preferred stock liabilities, the net reserve value is about $36.68 billion.
